REQUEST TO BID: County Employee Christmas Dinner

Lewis County Government is currently accepting bids for the catering of the 2025 County Employee Christmas Dinner. The bid must include a per plate fee for a minimum of 200 people.

The meal must consist of all the following items: smoked ham and turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, gravy and rolls; as well as Butterfinger cake, coconut cake, and banana pudding (drinks will be provided by the county).

The dinner will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Lomax Church of Christ. Anyone that is interested in bidding and has questions should contact Lewis County Administrative Director Michaelena Kelley at (931) 796-3378 ext. 2052 for more information.

All bids must be sealed in an envelope and mailed or delivered to the address below. Bids will be accepted until Friday, September 26, 2025 at 12:00pm, at which point they will be opened.
