REQUEST FOR BID - County Employee Christmas Dinner

Lewis County Government is currently accepting bids for the catering of the 2026 County Employee Christmas Dinner. The bid must include a per plate fee for a minimum of 200 people.

The meal must consist of all the following items: smoked ham and turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, gravy and rolls; as well as Butterfinger cake, coconut cake, and banana pudding (drinks will be provided by the county).

The dinner will be held on December 14, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Lomax Church of Christ. Anyone that is interested in bidding and has questions, please contact Michaelena Kelley at (931) 796-3378, Extension 2052, or via e-mail at coo@lewiscountytn.gov.

All bids must be sealed in an envelope and mailed or delivered to the address below. Bids will be accepted until Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 12:00pm, at which point they will be opened:
